Dear me,
You can eat that piece of cake when you’re at your goal weight.
You can have that burger as soon as your stomach is flat when you sit down.
You can drink that milkshake when your thighs don’t touch.
I promise , you can have anything you want for a day as soon as you reach what you’ve been trying to for 4 fucking years, but right now? Right now, you can drink 8 glasses of water a day, exercise your ass off, skip some meals, don’t eat those sweets, don’t binge, don’t give in. You got this.
It’ll only take a couple months to get to where you want to be if you try. Just try for me, for us, please.
That’s all you’ve wanted forever.

This makes me want to cry. Because I feel like I will never get to that point. Like my body isn’t capable of it.
How to lose weight
A lot of you have been asking me just general tips on how to lose weight, so here you go!
1. Go slow. Don’t try to restrict too hard too fast, it might make you binge.
2. Try to eat between 500-1000 calories, going lower usually makes you binge.
3. Try to exercise 3 times a week burning 500 calories every time.
4. Count every calorie.
5. Drink 2 litres of water every day.
6. Don’t eat before 7 am and don’t eat after 7 pm.
7. If you feel dizzy, eat something. Preferably sugary but not something that might make you binge.
8. If you feel like you’re about to binge. Do something to distract yourself. Do your make up, take a bath, clean, exercise, read. Anything to keep your mind of food.
9. Don’t eat meat. It’s calorific and not really good for your body. There are plenty of meat substitutes that are healthy and low cal.
10. Diet soda is your best friend, Coke Zero, Fanta zero, Sprite Zero.
11. Drink green tea for your metabolism.
12. Eat a table spoon of apple cider vinegar in water for your metabolism.
13. Eat breakfast to start your metabolism. Eat something protein rich, it will make you less hungry during the day. If you don’t eat breakfast, do tip 11 or 12.
14. Don’t weigh yourself every day, there’s so many things that can make the number wrong. Weigh yourself once a week in the morning, naked, after going to the bathroom.
15. Gum, mints etc. are your best friends.
16. It’s okay to screw up, it won’t be the end of the world.

No matter how small it is.
No matter how badly I want it.

Because I can’t afford not to.
You are going to lose weight.
Even if you’ve maintained for months. Even if you’ve gained. Even if you don’t exercise. I know you will lose the weight you want to, but do you believe in yourself? I do.
Think of every day as your final day. “For this last day, I’ll restrict, I’ll exercise, and tomorrow I’ll be done, tomorrow I’ll be skinny.”
And repeat that.
And repeat it again.
And again.
And again.
And one day it will be a case of “And tomorrow I’ll be skinny”, and that tomorrow will be when your scale will no doubtedly read your dreamed goal weight.
No matter how many set backs, you will get there. If it takes you months, it’ll still happen. Even if you spend a month doing as little as twenty sit ups a day but restrict and fast. It will happen. It literally can’t not happen. Just stay strong, we’ll do it together.
